Peach can loop that drag down a couple times, but doing it quick enough to get the pivot grab so he could down throw and hit Sparg0 offstage was nutty. Incredible technicality and foresight

@@watermel not really. MuteAce himself has gone on record saying that the only swordies that Peach loses to are Cloud and Shulk. And even some Shulk mains question whether he slightly wins or if it's even. People underestimate how well Peach can do against swordies (she doesn't win against them all, but she slightly wins against a few and goes even with most of the rest).
@@watermel as someone who plays Cloud, while he definitely beats Peach, it's not by nearly as much as people say. People act like Peach can't do anything, but she's able to exploit Cloud's weaknesses pretty well. Yes, Peach struggles to get in, but once she succeeds, she dominates if Cloud can't return to a mid range position. Cloud dominates mid and far range, peach decimates close range

My bet is still that MuteAce could win this; only reason he struggles at most majors is the amount of different sets he has to playin such a short period and in Summit he has far less to deal with over a greater stretch of time. Mute might just have this…

People really need to stop calling something an upset just because of seeding disparity alone. If a player has a winning h2h record against someone regardless of seed, it's not an upset. Stop calling things an upset when it's not.
It's still an upset ranking wise, esam beating Leo is an upset even if it isn't that surprising
@@Riley-u8m Read: Seeding disparity alone. Seeding disparity losses happen so often, you kinda wonder why it's even called an upset. The idea behind an upset is that the result is unexpected. Yes, from a seeding perspective spargo is expected to win, but from a practical perspective, he is NOT the favorite. Therefore, it shouldn't be called an upset.
@@Riley-u8m This does not make any sense. Maister's wins against Samsora were never upsets. Seeding is a complete farce as shown by Collision 2023!

i feel like whenever Sparg0 goes against Mute he just plays worse. lots of directional air-dodges in disadvantage, getting grabbed a lot from poor spacing.
he just seems to lose neutral constantly and get frustrated.

wanna know a secret? they both are s tier but there are also other hidden s tiers but the meta hasnt fully developed. some hidden top tiers to name a few are… sheik, marth and falco.. might sound crazy but once the meta develops entirely and is finalized years from now these characters will be towards the top of the tier list
