Would anyone happen to know what exactly ability attributes are? Are they inflicting statuses or are they just the visual effects for certain heroes? Also, can Scarlet Witch be made (via ability attributes) to inflict statuses somehow (been trying with no success)?

I hate the witch. Only use her because she’s the only option for heals. Doctor strange‘ didn’t even an option it’s so bad.
I had to give up Iron Man for her. =[
