Such a good song both musically and lyrically. I Especially enjoy the "flatwound/picked" bass sound and its melodic line which becomes more and more independent from the rest of the mix after the "testing-testing" line, even being antagonist by playing deliberately not the fondamental note of the chords played by the guitar. Is it mike dondero playing ? Or is it CR? Someone else? Hats off to the player and his brilliant this tastefull line of bass he came with in the recording sessions. I also love the fact the song has no clear chorus/verse/bridge while still sounding like an epic hit. CR: congrats for this piece of art! The whole album is pure genius.
Yeah, I tend to ignore lyrics unless they are terrible (RHCP is one of my favorite bands) and love this musically. Interesting turns but it all goes together so we'll. Not to say the lyrics are bad, they totally work.
@@klauskaschel8463 Sorry, this album totally did what I thought. It’s helping a lot of people feel seen. One of my favorite albums of all time. Amazing!
All I can say is wow. The details in the follow up to Miami are impeccable. Listening/watching both back to back make me happy and sad at the same time. I can’t wait to hear the entire album in full. So far the story being told is like a rock opera
conceptually, such a cool idea to have the first chapter and second chapter videos be the same place, I don’t think I’ve ever seen that done before. It’s like before and after.
Ya. This has been me this past year, only swap bar dacing for raves. Sigh. Feels. Also I love that the neon awning is becoming a motif for CR - this is the 3rd video I've seen it in. First was Feel The Way I Want
I remember listening loner for the first time when I was seventeen and being obsessed with it. this album’s made me feel so nostalgic and appreciative for what you do. a couple songs moved me to tears
i have been looking forward to this concert for months and only now they be releasing singles and i didn't think i COULD BE ANY MORE EXCITED BUT BOYYYYY WAS I WRONG.
♫ La chanson du jour de ce jeudi par Caroline Rose. Joyeux anniversaire à Corinne Effe, Matthieu Gouey, Paul Richard Mason et à ceux qui sont nés un 31 août ♫
This is very basic music in comparison to the last two (absolutely excellent!!!) albums. Your manager isn't doing their job if they were okay with this album. It's takes a different type of soul, voice and life experience to produce stellar music that's this basic/standard in cadence and tone e.g. Cash, Cobain (unplugged), Cornell (acoustic), Dylan, etc. The sometimes serious/sometimes fun, popy, punky, rocky, gritty (yet somehow feminine) funk (with an electronic twist) from the last two albums is what was working... (Just my take,-apparently some people love this album too.)
The heck's wrong with you? Why would you barge into the comments on a deeply heartfelt song to announce to the world that it doesn't speak directly to you, personally, as if that's significant news, as if you're the main character of the universe and everything revolves around you? Grow the effffff up.
My favorite current artist. What an awesome musician.
WOW!!! I saw Miami a couple of days ago and now just saw this. Mind blown and absolutely bawling.
Such magic when a song finds you at the exact time when you need to hear it. The video just brought it full circle.
I haven't felt so connected to an artist in a long time. These songs are hitting me like I'm a teenager again.

If “Miami” is what I imagine in my head, then “Tell Me What You Want” is what I’m actually doing
I unreversed Miami and lowkey "Tell Me What You Want" Carol moves with more swag

Each song is SO good. I Can hardly wait for the whole album!

One of the best songs. This album is about to pull apart the fabric of the universe!

They both make new sad at the same time lol. Have you seen her sing Miami live? She literally cries and the lyrics and her crying make me cry.

My patron brought me here ❤

Golly.
Caroline's been hanging out with Sebastian Murphy
This is so sad… y’all are welcome to vent, please don’t let it become something destructive… that’s not how we heal 💜
Yeah. It's a beautiful track that comes from their heart, but I watch this and wonder if we should be concerned?
Where can you get the whole movie / music ?
