Hi! You can make the TH one of 3 ways: 1- stick tongue out between teeth- either lightly touching top teeth or not at all. Exhale 2- Lightly touch inside of top teeth and exhale 3- Let the tongue come super close to the inside of top teeth- without touching. as close as you can get without touching. Exhale.
