This is the performance that inspired the "Glee" episode "Transitioning." Do you know the difference between chest voice and head voice? Head voice =/= falsetto. Right before he hits that last note, he is in chest voice. For the last note, he transitions into a head voice.
Vihzel its something called mixed voice a blend of chest and head to make a more higher belt or chest sound if it was head voice it would sound more pure and obviously heady but u can tell it had edge and chest in it so it is mixed voice because the average male can't reach chest voice alone that high ☺

Me too. Even though I prefer her voice, I prefer his version. There aren't a million instruments competing for a spot and he saves his highest note for the crescendo instead of peppering the song with it like she does.
