i believe i heard in a Billy interview that the soul plate is indeed the ssm plate which Brian said he was happy for them to reproduce and rework onto this boot. These look so damn good cant wait to see how you get on with them.
That was if they were going to go with the initial Alibaba skate. Once they changed to be under Powerslide, they had a similar design but needed to make the souls specific for the new Mesmer Throne molds.
Only downside I had and according to disroyal a lot of feedback they got was the liners. They seemed to run much smaller then they were supposed to be. Thankfully Iam pending my exchange to bump up a size larger
Put the kizer soul frame on the RB blanks please!! I've been considering buying that setup

I went from Rollerblade Boxcars to Thrones. This skate is such massive nostalgia for me.
I started on Boxcars too. I wouldn't mind having the shield logo stickers for other skate customs. Lol. Scribe grinds plates. Blank wheels. Did you snap your buckles on yours too?? I went to roces, then Salomon from Boxcars.

There was also different durometer on the same skate on the Razors Impact 200 and 300 :-)

Différent duro hardness exist since the razors impact 100 impact 200 in 1996/97

Great job on the different wheel durometer ! This is how I skate and it is always a pain to find similar looking wheels with different hardness.
It’s a misprint. 90a on all 8 wheels.

@@seanpellegrino2989 pretty sure it’s a misprint, all the wheels apparently feel the same. Shouldn’t matter, you could use 88a dead wheels and get minimal bite. The frames are a Cheat code
¿The new Plate will compatible with old thrones?
Throne 98 came out in 2015... It hasn't been that long without a throne.
What size foot do you have? I'm really interested in these skates and would like to guage the size

I used to love wild colored skates. I can do black or grey now.
have no clue as to how they perform, but everything you showed from the liner all the way to the to the colorway just looks cheap. The only thing that didn't look cheap was that kizer soulpltae frame. that "artwork' just screams sad. I sure hope they perform better than they look.
Of all the skates I got to hold at the Blading Cup, these BY FAR felt like the highest quality. The material of the boot is something else, and the liner feels very dense and well constructed. Just feeling them in my hand bumped these to the top of my wish list.
Pretty sure history has backed up the shell performance (or just watch the team video). Just got my pair and everything is very on point: solid/quality liners, shock absorbers (didn't know that was included), 90 & 95 wheels, wide laces, better plastic, posters & decals, packaging graphics, etc. Why you gotta hate on a fellow monochromatic artist? Maybe JB likes the art? It's his pro skate after all. The entire package screams "quality/attention to detail" to me.
