After after the shit UA-cam did for my last ST video, i didn't even want to edit the show again, but i'll admit the storyline of Eddie this season was really fantastic and i couldn't help myself from editing it.
Eddie was one of the coolest addition to this season and his character was really fascinating to look at. His fate is tragic but he will be remembered as the hero Hawkins didn't deserve.

One of the many reasons I loved Eddie is that they didn’t make him into a scary cat character he’s actually someone who fought hell and back to not only clear his name but stop , vecna from killing anyone else and preventing the apocalypse. His arc in this season was purely awesome considering he found courage to not only stay and fight with his new friends but to prove that he’s not the coward or ashamed because he not only died for his friends but he fought for Chrissy in her honor by playing that beautiful song , I’d like to believe Chrissy would be proud that he didn’t run but I also would’ve love to see everyone else mourning him not just Dustin.
He was a true hero!

Eddie Munson absolutely made this season worth it! The meeting Dustin has with his uncle was so sweet. This year was your year man! The most metal concert ever, fly with the angels.
What makes Eddie's rock solo so awesome is that it was so many emotions at once. The line "this is for you chrissy" and, him ripping that pick from his neck, was him bearing his pain and, sadness out front. It was clear he liked chrissy, so seeing her die very violently in a situation that he couldn't do ANYTHING broke him a good bit. The song let him vent out his grief in a way that was truly healing for him. Plus considering the song he chose, it was a way of him saying "hey look at me buddy, I know who you are, and you can go fuck yourself". Also him dying makes sense as he would of just had to keep running, plus he clearly had the thought that maybe the demobats would follow them through the gate. He had already lost chrissy before having a chance of forming something with her. Making the choice instead of running, he went with being the sacrifice. Also the point when he stops right before facing the swarm, pretty sure he thought of chrissy and, everyone, but mainly chrissy. So him pulling out his weapons like a viking/spartan warrior was full on him going into warrior mode, even though in the beginning he had said that there was no shame in running, like a true fighter he did his best to hold the line. Sorry for the rant.
Joe Quinn said that Eddie had a crush on Chrissy and cared for her. Master of Puppets solo was a tribute, and for to avenge her and all other victims of Vecna. He was a real hero and wanted to save his friends, and his cursed town from this fate till the end.
He was a hero in the end. R.I.P Eddie Munson 😥 ❤a truly underrated character and fantastic casting.
