How do you automate the sheet number mentioned 12:00? I want to insert a new sheet (e.g. 3 of 20) and renumber everything under it (old 3 becomes 4, etc.). You discussed it, but did not show it. On the call out, this is VERY powerful. Questions, where is the "dark dashed" fence with the leader to the call out? I'm thinking this is part of the block by making it dynamic?? Is there automation to do a total sheet count?
@ruben sidranski First answer: the user must enter the new page numbers in the sheet set manager. Look on page 6 of the Sheets_Happen.pdf file. forums.autodesk.com/autodesk/attachments/autodesk/66/367854/1/Sheets_Happen.pdf Second answer: I'm not sure what you mean by :dark dashed:. Third answer: the user must create a "Total Sheets" field and use this on your title blocks.
@@mattkolberg2409 thank you for the quick reply! 1) manual. I thought ACAD made a change along with TCount. 2) drawing detail callouts have a dark, heavy, dashed line border. Easy to add. 3) Manual. I thought they added a count in newer versions that I missed. Forever request to ACAD. 4) BONUS: can we do linked/automated call outside within the same DWG without SSM (small projects)? I have schematic callouts that we like to reference. On several projects, coworker either re-number a call out (I prefer STDs detail numbers e.g. water heater detail is always detail 5 and allow for # skipping) or *MORE IMPORTANT* the detail sheet is moved, thus M-XX1 is now M-XX4.
Thank you for explanation. Other videos on UA-cam about SSM so general. This is best of all.
