It is really cool to have a mini map from the real world. I knew that in Giants editor it is possible to take in a real life picture, and put on the ground and just paint on it and when you move the picture you know where the roads go and the field, everything you painted, like I have done on the map I'm creating. I think this map will be on my top 10 list since all the other Oxygendavid maps are so good:) I think we will see more and more maps based only on real life areas.
Please make a series!! I have been subscribed since FS 15 first episode. I was looking through the long list of subscriptions and I found you. Please do seasons!

This looks like the perfect map, already planning my farm on it! Hope it's seasons ready on release.
Loved the small details with the other then just normal cars on the roads, and that when you where close to the church you could hear the music from it. Just looks really, really great!
When you're walking close to the church, you can hear people singing.
When you’re walking inside the church you can see flying pollen lol. I’m just kidding😉 if you can walk inside the church trust me it will be in there.

This map looks amazing. I am super excited to play on it. I am starting to love the Europe style farms. They offer so much more diversity and require me to think how you will tackle each field. It makes me actually enjoy working the field over the typical square fields you find in a lot of the default or american style maps.
Jason Nardi I made the transition once I bought FS17 and Coldborough Park came out. This map is likely to make me renounce my U.S. citizenship and become a subject of Her Majesty, the Queen.
hossblake I agree. I have a Colborough and West Coast maps that I am playing. They both have a lot of similarities, but enough differences to make them both distinct and challenging.
Dag use the Bank of Hagenstdt mod - apart from the financial aspect, it has a very useful field management part where you can see the field size, how much it's worth and a leasing possibility too.
Can't wait for your realistic series on this map, it's probably one of the best realisc map I have seen on farm simulator

Hi daggerwin. Another great video. Those are actual place names, great area in the Cotswolds. I live between 20/25 miles of the area of the map :)

Wow, another awesome map! Nice starting equipment too. The only problem is is that I never get very far with each map I start because Oxygendavid won't stop improving!!! Back to £20,000 and sheepless again I guess, lol..

If anyone wants to find this part of the UK, search for Seven Springs in Gloustershire (just South of Cheltenham) and that's at the top centre of the map.
Bunny Warren And if you dig further into it you’ll actually find the real OakField Farm is north of the map OxygenDavid developed.
It’s worth around £900,000 at the moment. And isn’t a built up farm as we are presented.
With the OakField Farm we use is on a spot of undeveloped land next the to the church.
Furthermore the rest of the map is exactly as it is in real life.
Don’t get me wrong in my comment as I can’t get enough of this map at the moment.
Waiting to get FS19 in 7 days hopefully as a gift.... 👍🏻
Still haven't had a look at the Kleinhau map did you. That map is even more awesome, and has an great story to it.

I think Giant should take a very good look at this map! Compared to this map, Estancia Lapacho looks a bit amateuristic wouldn't you say?

giants has to develop a map that will work well on even the minimum computer specs, and console....quite a balancing act, between eye candy and performance...
well considering all the man hours they wasted re-creating Barbie's Playhouse on Estancia Lapacho which offers absolutely ZERO to gameplay... I'm going to say they haven't figured out that balance yet

Wow that’s very weird seeing this on a game, I’ve actually bailed straw on field 43 & 44 and more down the road from that not on this map. Very realistic all the roads and signs and places are as they are in real life, the burger van opposite Severn springs is also normally there in real life! 👍
If you didnt notice, when you walked past the church you could actually hear music
This is honestly one of the coolest maps and well made maps

Daggerwin when you do your let's play I did notice gates for fields that are not numbered. Meaning you get some free grass for hay, or in the case with the fields in the lower right hand corner of the map maybe free arable land. Either way I believe those are worth a look.

oxygendavid, if u r reading this then i was wondering if u have added for example a stagecoach dennis trident on the 51 because i saw the tractor at 17:50 and thought "if a tractor is a road AI then a bus doesn't seem too hard to add"

You should look up Seven Springs on Google Maps or Google Earth sometime. ;-) It is stunning how accurate this map is, and that's coming from the other side of the pond. lol I'm looking forward to this map immensely. With Coldborough Park Farm, The West Coast, and soon Oakfield Farm, I don't think FS17 will ever get old. lol

This is based off of Coberley in Gloucestershire! I live about 10 minutes from here and if you look it up on Google maps it really is identical to the mini-map!

I love #OxygenDavid map building skills and have only gotten better. Can't wait for this. I've been on ATS since CyberMonday when it was on sale for $6.78 USD. Think this will make me revisit FS17. I do wish he made the roads a tad wider though. Makes taking larger equipment down a little tougher
