It's very awesome that you being able to get the information from one generation to the next. And pass it along. It's how we preserve our legacy. Love the setup, Ernie looks like you are getting set up well!
@@jamesculver829 Yes, you’re correct! He’s 3rd generation and we are the 4th. It’s a dying art we’re doing. I’m getting there on the set-up. There’s a few fine tuning to do and a couple of things I need to build. I’m going to VC this week and I’ll pick up your ore and mail it off to you. It should be by this Friday. Take care my brother.
Nice, clean looking setup ya got there Ernie. That's about what I would expect to see from the Chollar. I don't remember the assay numbers from several decades ago that had both Ag and Au numbers, but darn close to what you got. Take care, Bill S.
Good tips Ernie. We all know how focussed we get once we start a project. Making it as safe as possible before starting can only help us be safer. Cheers!
Nice work Ernie. It’s always cool watching you smelt ore Your work area is looking awesome too. I like the look of the artificial turf. Stay safe when you’re working. Good gold hunting. Take care.
@@1uptospeed I use the extra turf to fill in areas where I don’t want to walk on gravel or dirt. Sometimes we install used football/soccer field turf and I keep the left over pieces.

@@gitnitdun JB, I have some ore here for you to process from start to finish. We’ll need to schedule a time to do it. Let me know if you’re interested.
This is the best ore I ever mined 💪🏻
Great info indeed fam. Keep on having fun and living the dream. Gold Squad Out 🤠

Chris Ralph talked about using glass for his smelting.
@@gitnitdun Nice, I never heard of using it. Did Chris explain the difference? I’m interested in knowing what he thinks.
@@ErnieDionne he said he was planning on doing a video on roasting and smelting.
