Well done making you bag Becky, it is lovely. I agree that a press stud or magnetic clasp would work. The final dress you wore looks really lovely, too. It is disappointing when projects don't work, but you seem to be persevering. ❤😂🎉 🇦🇺 🪃
That bag is awesome! I too need a visual for something that is a bit difficult to understand. You Tube is so helpful in that way. Love your shop and your videos.🥰❤
Bless you - twice 😂 lol! Fab makes. Such a shame about the fabric that went weird?!?! So strange! Love that you’re head to toe in leopard print 🐆 you look fabulous ❤
I love your Indigo dress Becki, you look great in it. I also love a tutorial, how exciting that you have access to all the Sew Confident ones, that sounds like a great subscription. ❤❤
Hi Beci. It's super cold in upstate NY at the moment and this morning I needed some sunshine, so I am wearing a gorgeous pair of your earrings that I call "Arizona Sunset". Once again you've been busy churning out some fab garments. I also once had a deadstock fabric (from Sew Me Sunshine, so not inexpensive) that basically disintegrated in front of my eyes after ironing. Really strange and really annoying. Anyway, if you do want to make something for your tall friend, I find Sinclair patterns are perfect. Their patterns, I'm sure you know, have different height bans. I'm short, so their petite works great for me. I'm sure the tall band would be ideal for your friend. Have a great weekend!
Lovely indigo Becki, I was distracted by Benny looking up at you :). Oo the sew confident subscription does look good, might have to invest. Have a lovely weekend xx
Great vlog as always. I watched a sew along re the Plareau not an in detail one but it made me understand the pocket construction. Hilarious about the one you bought from Flying Bobbins then saw it in Sew Confident. I am looking forward to seeing your made trousers ❤❤
The indigo does look lovely on you. If you’re unsure about the colour next to your face, you could try a black polo underneath. Great for layering in the cold too. I wear them constantly in the winter (don’t care if they’re in style, I need the warmth!) 😂. Please could you tell me where to find your destash account?
Love your sweatshirt but it isn't the SA Blaire - it's the Rhea. The Blaire is a much more complicated shirt dress with buttonholes and quite complicated pockets. The Rhea is very simple and a lovely make. I've made 2 Blaires and the Rhea and the former took weeks if not months [kept getting stuck] and the Rhea took a couple of hours !! It doesn't mean your make is any less lovely of course LOL😎❤ You've been very productive - some great makes - I love your leopard skin print Indigo dress - it looks amazing even without additional contrast. Wow to the bag too - love it! ❤😎❤ I jusy made my first bag too last month - the Bestie bag for my granddaughter's Christmas present. I made it in a denim fabric I had and some tie dye cotton lining. Just had to buy the zip as I made it without any hardware - just the fabric strap. Like you with your tote bag. I was thrilled with the result and very keen to do more. I just followed the instructions one step at a time and it came together like magic LOL
Thank you 🙏💚☘️

That’s frustrating, especially at their prices.
I will take a look at Sinclair patterns x
Could try black polo under for fill colour at he neck. X

Thank you, I’m looking forward to seeing what the subscription brings 😊❤️
When ever I make the indigo pattern I never do the facings just bias bind the neckline.
To be honest it is what I would normally do x

I have the bestie bag pattern and cannot wait to give it a go, it’s lovely to hear you have made it and enjoyed it x
Awesome makes. Question about your shoulder to underarm grade. What size sleeve do you cut?
So I start as 4 in the shoulder but go out to a 5 at the arms eye x
@ thanks
