Heavy and breathtaking turbulences during flight from Buffalo to Newark in an ERJ 140

Experienced heavy and very serve turbulnces during a flight in an United Embraer ERJ 140 from Buffalo to Newark. Due to high winds and bad weather we had a go-around at Newark and diverted to Albany. You can't immage how heavy these turbulences were.

Where is the turbulence? Maybe light chop but nothing more. If there is severe turbulence, half of the cabin covers would me damaged. Believe me.
