Nice work both of you, another contender at the Oscars. Appreciate your efforts. True grit on that cycle ride, inspirational. Amazing scenery. Oh, and how about that generous layer of Nutella!
Those videos are just getting better and better! Good luck on the next few blocks and VO2 sessions 😅. You and Mitch are killing it. A mini series on Roth would be amazing!!
Nice work Mitch and very entertaining as always Daniel. Mini series of Roth would be great. How about content of travel and issues age groupers encounter too? E.g. bike packing (what bike bag you use), travelling with a bike (car hire choices), airport complications with oversized luggage, co2 cannisters, etc, killing time at airports, what trainer to travel with. Thanks again for keeping things interesting and good luck in Roth.
I'm a huge fan of you😀. You have a cool personality👍. Really inspiring to follow your training on Strava 💪. Gustav Iden and Kristian Blummenfelt are also on Strava. But no heart rate based data from them🤔. Huge respect for you putting everything out there. I'm a huge shoe/data nerd Can you make a video with the shoes you run in. I spend a lot of time testing carbon shoes against each other. Could just be fun to see your shoe rotation. And hear Why exactly you choose those Nike shoes🤔😀
Hey Ya'll, is doing these "hard sessions or "max VO2 efforts" counterproductive? You should look at a recent 6min video of Jakob Ingerbristin (definietly spelling ain't my thang) : ( but, a few days ago he ran a 7:56:06 2 mile race in Paris), apparently its a world record), but inertestingly he stated that he never goes all out in training because this approach is counterproductive, he states he puts it all out in the actual race, hence his world records. And he believes a-lot of athletes have this wrong, in which in training doing these all out efforts are not needed!!! Just think about this if you do not "puke" at end once you cross the finish line, then you did not go hard enough? Food for thought lads, food for thought! GG! All the best in Roth! 14 days and a wake up! Why not reach out to the actual band that you wish to use there music? I bet they will allow you too. GG!
Benvenuti in Italia 🤌🏼 Just left a comment on your IG post this morning. You're doing a superb job with this YT channel. Please, keep sharing such an honest and entertaining point of view of what being a pro triathlete means. Best of luck champ 🔥 BTW, content creation is imporving every time Mitch. Congrats!
Do you vomit a lot? During intense sport it happened. Me too during a marathon. When I get sick I try to drink a tonic water and it help me a lot to vomit
The filming quality is off the chart! Really good job Mitch!

sorry i had to take the 70th like, but somebody had to do it :(
Ask for a sponsorship by the music artist 🤷🏼♂️
Back together with your girlfriend?❤ love the videos❤
Great video but not sure you went hard enough on the VO2 session as you failed to puke. More effort next time.
I tried 🤪
"nice people and understanding".... must be tourists you talking about.
