Cool review, and now I'm curious of every single release of this (I tried only the 5 & 6) and looking forward to get me one...I love the generosity of this series/style which delivers so much more than much more expensive classic Scottish brands "wanabee like 40 years ago but can"t at decent price" (hear The Macallan) & some "exoticness" which reminds me a bit of Kavalan in a way so it's a compliment...Did you get to try the seven ones finally ??? Cheers !
Thanks Greg! Now that I went and saw the operation and passion behind the brand, I'm even more connected. The founders are the same as Arran's founders and they're just in love with whisky. Their previous and current whiskymaker have both had tenures at Macallan which makes them very suitable for the Sherry forward style the distillery is choosing. No unfortunately they didn't have any open from number 3 and 5 I haven't tried but they did generously offer me their new make at 72%abv and their 2 year old maturing whisky which was delicious!
@@thewhiskyenthusiast I will consider it, but considering the price and the low age I may not unless it’s on sale here in Alberta. We have good sales when they happen.

Cheers my friend, me too :)
Enjoyed your video. I had the number five. I didn’t like it as much as others that I spoke too,but I finished it on vacation😊
Thank you! Since number 4 they kept the formula same so maybe this one might not be fully for you either. It is a good vacation dram though :) 🥃
