How can you apply Bernoulli equation at Po as it is no steady flow at that point it's in hydrostatic condition
Basically Bernoulli equation is a form of conservation of energy for liquids. So it is always applicabe unless there is a non conservative force.
Physics Domain it's applicable on same streamline it is in assumption , if you draw streamline there is difference .
