Bro different approaches hain. Kuch log sirf letter of explanation lagate hain. You can weigh both options and proceed accordingly.
SOE is justify the refusal reason only and SOP includes everything as you might already know.

Hello. No, I haven't. My refusal reason was inconsistent stay so I didn't mention anything about the finances and justified the reason of refusal only. All the best :)

It totally depends on your interest sir. Biotechnology might have a better scope but to be sure you can check canada job bank. It will show you the jobs available for both fields and you will get an idea. But you should also choose a specific course if you are interested in doing that so that it won't be difficult for you to score.

@@AvtarSingh-fo4nw it is related to medical field's office work. So not exactly a medical line but the office work and administration of health services.
And visa depends on how you justify the course is relevant to your previous studies. Justification should be there even if it's totally relevant. If you can relate it to your previous studies then it's fine. They want to know why you want to pursue that course, how it is relevant to your previous studies and that it will help you grow after you come back to your home country and lastly that you will come back after studying.

Hello....i have a doubt....as after mechanical engineering I opted for project management course in Algoma university for September 2022.... Launched file on 27 April.... still waiting for result...Laste date for deferment is August 5th.... My question is
1) Can i put deferment for next intake as a backup and wait for my result for September intake as classes going to start by 7th SEP. If result came earlier can i rollback into same intake again by cancelling defer request?????????
It's complicated question
Once you are accepted for the next intake it cannot be rolled back. Because you will be enrolled in that intake right.

@@baljindersingh3636 you are already within the visa timeline. Maybe you are about to get your ppr soon so let's wait a few more days before deferring? Maybe till 1st August? Because colleges take 3 4 days to check the mail so deferring 3 4 days before the last date would be better.

In your LOE & SOP You haven't mentioned about funds? Do we have any specific SOP and LOE Format after getting refusal. As I have seen many writing LOE +SOP in a single file .Will that works out or do we need to separate them?
It's different approaches brother. You can go with either of them. And funds are shown mainly when the refusal reason is finance. Then you attach more financial documents to prove that you have funds.

You have to give them proper justification for doing so. If you just leave it there that you are changing the stream then it might create some bad impression.

Yes you can reapply. You can also Reapply in the same intake and then defer. You can change course but you'll need to justify why did you change but if the course is same and college is different it's not a big deal.

About the course, I am not getting the same course in January or May 2023. It is available in next fall intake. Course I opted was Big Data analytics, which is relevant to my studies right? But due to unavailability I am going to another college with Artificial Intelligence course and again it is similar. However, I applied for caips.
But give me some suggestion

@@cabinetminister1220 then you can change the course bhai but make sure to justify the course change because they have your previous application. And relate the new course to your last degree here so that they feel it's relevant.
Changing the college with the same analytics course will be an easier option since you won't have to justify the course change, only college is changed.

@@OhiSandhu you can mention your job because that is what you were doing. But make sure to link cyber security with your previous studies and what made you decide to pursue it after giving so many years to job. Justify strongly.

It was chinese boiler.
Thn i entered in education sector, their i worked as trainer
IT trainer, cctv installation, home appliance etc...
In power sector job also we were controlling all motors n other devices through computer only by dcs system...
N can watch all process there.
Btw i hv huge interest in IT from starting.
I hv my prsnl experience in it.
Did many ethical hqckng type work.

Cyber security is future...i need to learn this skill to sustain in market.
Hope in future my cmpny can also launch courses like this for students..so they should need trainers for it...so electronics and communication n IT go side by side...my sis is also in IT field infosys.

Bro you can tell them there was a little downfall in grades because of something. Give them a story because SOP should have a personal touch. You can explain that you worked to cover it up.
Both courses can be relevant and you will need to link it with your previous studies and work experience. See which one can you justify more.

Yes bro you are allowed deferments upto 2 intakes. You can also check the college website to know about the deferment policy of that specific college.

It's taking 3 months for reapplication too. The same time for fresh files and reapplication files currently.
