Wella Koleston Perfect on Bleached Hair (7/01)

Hello and welcome back to another hair video! As you can see by the title of the video I may have done a little whoopsie daisy to my hair (it's been a hot minute since I last bleached my whole head and I may have been a little sloppy in the process).
I fix the patchy and uneven sections of my hair I am going to be blending my roots with a medium blonde hair dye. Wella has always been my favourite and go-to brand for any hair transformation adventure I have seeked but today is the first time I'm trying the Koleston Perfect line instead of the Color Charm series.
Can I fix the mess I've made?

20 vol developer

I would tone it with 9v from the generic brand at Sally’s! It’s gentle and it’s only a Demi !

I would have used 10 vol 4%(1:1) or 6 vol 1.9%(1:2) on end . And 30 vol on roots
