Hi, from Australia I just read your comment and thought you might like to look at my set up. Great locations, reviews and camp cook ups. Cheers Out There Touring
I believe I first encountered UK camping videos when I was seeking some gear reviews (perhaps for military surplus rucksacks) and stumbled upon "Simon, a bloke in the woods" and was surprised to find myself immersed in camping and bushcraft video content originating from UK producers. The high density of human population in your country, combined with a relative dearth of public lands, had not lead me to expect much interesting content of the sort. Since that chance encounter with Simon, I have viewed outdoor content from many lands and am heartened to find that there are plenty of people throughout the world who still value outdoor experience, nature in her many guises, and cherish some of humanity's oldest skills, even if practiced with stainless steel and polyester. Grizzly Gaz, though it baffles me how one so young might have exhausted the camping video library available on UA-cam, even if you have limited your watching to content from the UK*, here are FIVE CAMPING CHANNELS nominated for your UA-cam watch list. I have added links to videos that I feel are fairly representative of the various channels' contents, though such might vary considerably even from a single producer. (* You did not state that suggestions be restricted to UK content.) The representative videos from MyOwnFrontier and Hike Camp Climb both feature adventures which were recorded in my own region, The Pacific Northwest, of the USA. The first minute of MyOwnFrontier's video provides a capsule review of Joey and friends' route, which describes a long loop around one of my old favorite haunts, the Chiwawa River headwaters, in the Glacier Peak Wilderness Area of Washington State's Cascade Mountain Range. MyOwnFrontier ua-cam.com/video/TAyp2rdy3iw/v-deo.html The linked Hike Camp Climb video presents Nate's rather unique approach to camping in deep Cascade Mountains snow. Hike Camp Climb ua-cam.com/video/FzT0pW_SB-s/v-deo.html Lost Lakes content is produced primarily in eastern Canadian province of Ontario. Jon has posted some truly epic wilderness canoe camping adventures. The video I linked, however, is one of his recent solo Winter adventures, camping in a canvas hot tent in frigid weather conditions. Lost Lakes ua-cam.com/video/rRAXUIYi_NU/v-deo.html Nagualero produces most of his videos in dense Scandinavian forest lands and often upon or adjacent to lakes and streams situated therein. Many of the videos feature himself capturing impressionistic paintings of scenes in the videos, which I think adds a unique flair to the camping and bushcraft genre. Nagualero ua-cam.com/video/KChGar1tEXQ/v-deo.html Firebox Stove, like most of the other producers already mentioned, posts a variety of outdoor adventures to UA-cam. The majority feature Steve backpacking to fishing destinations located in wilderness regions of Utah State accompanied by his two dogs and two goats, all carrying their own packs! Firebox Stove ua-cam.com/video/EmyvQ9qmv0Q/v-deo.html I hope that you will watch the suggested videos and find the content as enjoyable as I have. Cheers!
i'm in northern canada so i mostly watch cold camping , bushcraft and shelter building videos for tips and tricks . but i really do like your vids. and the one's from the top 5 you suggested in the will we survive video . my top five suggestions would have to be , corporals corner (mostly camps alone) , outdoor boys (camps with his 3 sons) , outdoor life and craft (with his dog) , wargeh bushcraft (with his dog) and alex wild (always alone).
A few favorite channels. Xander Budnick (from Canada) always has great videos ) and he's comical. Jay Legere (also Canadian), and Mr Wild Nature, who is more adventure and builds incredible structures.
Yeah enjoy his dry humour ! His background is interesting and he’s off the weed now, but he knows his stuff, especially when he has to get stuck in due to bad weather✌️

Never visited the house but apparently it was turned into several houses before it was abandoned. Cracking woods there, got very busy since lockdown though, great to see people making use of the land but just a tad busy now unfortunately. My top UA-camrs are probably the obvious ones everyone’s seen; Paul Messner, Haze Outdoors, English Woodsman, Wildbeare, Andrew Beavers, Grace’s Adventures, The Solo Summiteer, Summit or Nothing and Mr Daley.

I just read your comment and thought you might like to look at my set up. Great locations, reviews and camp cook ups.

She’s definitely pleasing on the eye 😊
I recommend The Fish Locker. Not wild camping but excellent beach foraging and cook ups.
(* You did not state that suggestions be restricted to UK content.)
The representative videos from MyOwnFrontier and Hike Camp Climb both feature adventures which were recorded in my own region, The Pacific Northwest, of the USA.
The first minute of MyOwnFrontier's video provides a capsule review of Joey and friends' route, which describes a long loop around one of my old favorite haunts, the Chiwawa River headwaters, in the Glacier Peak Wilderness Area of Washington State's Cascade Mountain Range.
MyOwnFrontier ua-cam.com/video/TAyp2rdy3iw/v-deo.html
The linked Hike Camp Climb video presents Nate's rather unique approach to camping in deep Cascade Mountains snow.
Hike Camp Climb ua-cam.com/video/FzT0pW_SB-s/v-deo.html
Lost Lakes content is produced primarily in eastern Canadian province of Ontario. Jon has posted some truly epic wilderness canoe camping adventures. The video I linked, however, is one of his recent solo Winter adventures, camping in a canvas hot tent in frigid weather conditions.
Lost Lakes ua-cam.com/video/rRAXUIYi_NU/v-deo.html
Nagualero produces most of his videos in dense Scandinavian forest lands and often upon or adjacent to lakes and streams situated therein. Many of the videos feature himself capturing impressionistic paintings of scenes in the videos, which I think adds a unique flair to the camping and bushcraft genre.
Nagualero ua-cam.com/video/KChGar1tEXQ/v-deo.html
Firebox Stove, like most of the other producers already mentioned, posts a variety of outdoor adventures to UA-cam. The majority feature Steve backpacking to fishing destinations located in wilderness regions of Utah State accompanied by his two dogs and two goats, all carrying their own packs!

I hope that you will watch the suggested videos and find the content as enjoyable as I have. Cheers!
Thank you very much for the detailed reply. I'll definitely try them out 👍
i'm in northern canada so i mostly watch cold camping , bushcraft and shelter building videos for tips and tricks . but i really do like your vids. and the one's from the top 5 you suggested in the will we survive video . my top five suggestions would have to be , corporals corner (mostly camps alone) , outdoor boys (camps with his 3 sons) , outdoor life and craft (with his dog) , wargeh bushcraft (with his dog) and alex wild (always alone).
Thanks. I already watch those buddy 👍
Here's a good one from Canada www.youtube.com/@josephallen19/videos
A few favorite channels. Xander Budnick (from Canada) always has great videos ) and he's comical. Jay Legere (also Canadian), and Mr Wild Nature, who is more adventure and builds incredible structures.
Yeah enjoy his dry humour ! His background is interesting and he’s off the weed now, but he knows his stuff, especially when he has to get stuck in due to bad weather✌️

Hi Gaz , nowt wrong with a Group Camp , it's hard to make a Video when you are new to the Group , so don't worry about that mate , Be Well , Strength , Honour and Respect .
I don’t watch many camping channels but a ghost investigating channel I love is ghost theory
The nest making is so cute!! and she lays down and all the grunting!!
She's ace isn't she! 😍

Great Video as always and loved seeing Fendy 💗 she’s my fav dog 🐶 on UA-cam 😊
Same here!😜
My favorite UA-camrs to watch are Xander Budnick, his brother Maxim, John, from lost Lakes and Wild Beare. The first three are in Canada and I believe the last one, she’s in England and she’s always trying out new tents and tarps and battling the wind like you.
This 64 year old Aussie girl loves your channel and Femdi the Frenchie. Another good video Gazza.
I also love LONE WOLF, KENT SURVIVAL and Simon a bloke in the woods, for a start.i didn't see these channels on your channel list so I thought you might like these. Cheers.. 🇦🇺 Also try A' girl in the woods'.
The outdoor gear review, fella. Luke is brilliant.
Hey Gaz, a couple of other blogs I watch are Kent survival, the outdoor gear review, outdoor boys, joe robinet he’s Canadian, not all to everyone’s taste , but you asked ha ha👍
One of your videos popped up on my youtube feed and even though I dont solo camp or anything, I really enjoy your adventures with Fendy. Shes a scene stealer for sure.
Outdoor gear review,Luke is really good.AB camping,Matthew Pisa.brill & funny.
And me? 😜
@@GrizzlyGaz For some reason I thought I was already subscribed lol turns out I was getting mixed up with Mossmon Outdoors’s (Walking Wild Camping UK) channel, you do look alike sorry Gaz 😂
I was one that thought I was subscribed and wasn't. Especially when the old man was watching a video and said it was new and I wasn't notified. 😊 but I just wanted to say. Nothing could happen in your videos and they still keep my interest. I enjoy watching. Was home sick today and going through your old videos. So, keep up the good work!
Thanks for the sub! 😜
Favorite UA-camrs:
YOU!! And little Fendy
*Joe Robinet
*Caspersight
*Outdoor gear review
*A Korean girl who’s channel is all in Korean so I don’t know her name, but she promotes a Japanese tent brand, she has English subtitles
*Ozzman
