I also tend to stay with the same foods to not aggravate my stomach. I notice whenever I go on vacation and can’t have my regular breakfast it ruins me.
I'm sorry to hear that :( I went though that as well last year for 8 months...eating small amounts of food, multiple times a day, definitely was something I did as well to help get some food in. Overwhelming yourself with food when you're already feeling so sick only makes things worse I find. I hope you feel better soon!
What makes me feel better is eating gluten and dairy-free, not eating too many fibers, and the main thing is NO raw food (also I have a nutritionist that writes my whole diet)

same girl LOL for 2 years after my diagnosis I literally ate the same breakfast everyday (sometimes twice a day)...and is still my go to!!!
I have Crohn’s & I can barely eat anything right now , everything is making me sick . Kinda just trying to eat small little things at a time .

How do any of you guys deal with the pain on a daily basis? I’ve had pain from Crohn’s for the last two weeks and I want to feel better before Xmas.
