    Hi Ma'am,
I'm Khushi Singh, currently in my second semester of BCA program online from Amity University, Noida, with aspirations of becoming a software engineer and ultimately working in an MNC. Due to some reasons, I wasn't able to pursue a regular offline degree which is why I chose the online BCA program.
I've a few questions regarding career prospects and degree preferences. How do MNC's or service based companies typically view online degrees for hiring purposes? Are they more inclined towards relevant skills and expertise, or does the format of the degree(online or offline) significantly impact their decision.
service based companies mention clearly in their job posts that they would be hiring only regular graduates not the online students.

@@shashisingh1046Yes its true that some companies prefer regular graduates over student pursuing online degree, but that is something that can be overshadowed if you have the write amount of skills for them. Also, there are a lot of great companies that hire people according to their skills and not the educational background. If you still want to choose from all the options, you can always do masters from a good college.
