My concern is that as a college studnet who has no prior experience like no internship and in second year currently so can i expect to be hired at data science role in future for internship or placement as a fresher on the basis of my projects only
As you are in second year currently, focus on gaining the skills and start looking for internships in parallel.. showcasing some experience will give u an upper edge in securing a job..
@@Deepanshu.Solanki Hi Deepanshu, I hope you're doing well. I wanted to seek your advice regarding my career switch. Currently, I am working as a Python developer in a service-based company and have been working on the same project for more than two years. While it’s been a steady experience, the tasks have become routine, and I feel I'm no longer learning new things. As a result, I’ve decided it’s time to make a switch. Currently, my skillset includes Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and general tools like Jira, Git, and Linux commands. During college, the COVID lockdown gave me the opportunity to focus on machine learning, specifically in Python, deep learning, statistics, and NLP. After 1.5 years on the job, I started polishing my skills, particularly Python, PostgreSQL, and machine learning, and now I am revisiting deep learning. One point to mention is that I struggle with data structures and algorithms (DSA) and find it difficult to solve medium-level problems. Could you please suggest whether moving towards the data science field is the right decision for me to achieve a better hike, or would there be a better path I should follow? I would also appreciate any advice on the best approach to prepare for and clear interviews. Looking forward to your guidance! Best regards, Naman Sethi

Please do interviews with people who moved from SAP to MAANG or other high paying companies. Their roadmaps.
Yes sure 😊
