    Is there any chance to get some more details about the target seen on the movie?

      It's an early automated hit designator. When you hit the different plates the corresponding number will rise to show you if you hit a 10, 9,8 etc. The metal plates push back probably pneumatically to rise the numbers.

      Vi had one at our local range where I grew up, just outside Oslo.
      Must have been there in 1970....

      Nah, pretty sure it isn’t pneumatic. You can clearly see that the number is pulled up as the bullet hits the target spot relative to the number, and pulls back down again as if there was no brake. You would need a complicated design with complicated technology for that time, and it would therefore be too expensive to produce and use. It is the force of the bullet that pushes the right number up, and as the forward force loses energy, the weight of the number (or a spring) pushes it down again. It is seen at the end of the video as the ring pushes a set of axles/arms connected to the numbers.
