Do you mean the number of capsules that come with the machine for free? If I remember it correctly there were two packages with eight capsules each, so 16 in total. However, you can easily order those individually on e.g. amazon.

Hey there, wait a couple of minutes. The machine blocks the drawer while the water flows through it and for a couple of minutes afterwards sometimes. So just wait a while and try again! If this doesn’t help either, plug off the machine and try again. Good luck.
The drawer is the only part getting in touch with the espresso, so this is probably the most important item to clean. However, it’s quite easy to do so as the drawer is de-attachable. For the rest of the machine: Use soft water to protect the machine from lime deposits. Regularly flush water without capsule to make sure that the tubes are cleaned. I think there is a cleaning liquid that you can pour in the water tank, but I’m not entirely sure about that.

Does fill automatically shut off at selected level? Does machine have auto shut-off after ? minutes of non-use? You don't really give much of a "tutorial," in the end.
Hello Stephen, the machine heats up really really quick (approximately 30 seconds or so). You control your fill level completely manually. As long as you push the knob on the right, the machine fills your cup. So there is also no auto-stop after a certain level. But it shuts off after about three minutes of non-use. I liked it, you can choose from a selection of different styles. But to be honest, meanwhile I switched to a portafilter machine 😉
