The SPIROMAX Silo Unloader - RETROFIT!
This application is a retrofit of an old Valmetal unloader wherein the Spiromax Unloader was fitted into the existing framework and ring drive.
Our patented design eliminates the need for a collector ring, blower and discharge chute found on traditional unloaders. Silage is gathered by the pick-up auger, transferred to the vertical auger where it is moved onto a belt conveyor from which it is discharged out of the silo.

Whats the cost compared to a valmetal?

The costs are comparable to the Valmetal. Where savings can be found is in the retrofit of existing hardware such as the ring drive and other framework. Thank you for your interest!
