Iss motor me chain winding karne se kaafi saal chalenge. Bas calculation me thoda time lagta hai. Agar 440 volts se kam rating ka banana hai toh 1-13 ka short pitch me banana hoga. Double layer me banega. Total coils 36 rahenge aur turns aur coil size sabhi me barabar rahenge. Motor me vibration aur aawaz kaafi kam hoga. 6-6 coil ka set banega. 1-6 me pehla set ka ek side dalega, 7-12 me dusra set, 13-18 me teesra set ka group dalega. 👍
Jala huwa motor ko katneka paila purana coil kaise beytha hai kitna slot chor ka kaise pata kare or old connection ko dekh kar kaise pata kare connection kaise tha o paila sikhayiya
If motor speed is 2900 RPM then Ns will be 3000 RPM. According to synchronous speed formula poles will be 2 . For 120 degree phase displacement in R phase and Y phase , total 12 slots should be left. in your video 6 slots are left which is for 4 pole machine. To verify this please go through below formula total electrical degree = 180 degree * pole = 180 degree *2 = 360 degree Degree/slot = total electrical degree / slots = 360 /36 = 10 to give 120 degree Phase displacement total no of slots = 120 degree/ degree/slot = 120 degree/10 = 12 so total 12 slots should be left to start next phase
