One of the things I usually use weak auras too, is to keep track of dispeleable buffs in mobs/players, I use a nice sound (Truck horn or something like that, able to wake me up) which makes me use my dispell button. It's also nice for inmunities or reflect shields in PvP, so you can stop casting damaging spells/CCs and do a /dance or whatever other stuff you want to do while the inmunity/spell reflect endures.
A little late to the game here... I just picked up shadow priest a few weeks ago (and wow again, for that matter). I have found your content very helpful and informative. Keep up the good work. Thanks!
Highly recommend you blacklist certain spell ids for platers buff tracking. I explicitly blacklist things like ancient flame/azerite shard and even mind flay/mind sear (move speed debuff) because they explicitly cause clutter for me.
I just dont get people that have weak auras to track the main stuff,and then have the same abilities on the action bar,or the bag bar,my suggestion would be to just put them on the mouse over.Gives a more clean and neat look IMO.Still a great UI

The cast bar you have, is that part of SUF or another add-on (talking about the one the sits under your weak aura btw)? Sorry for the stupid question as i haven't messed around with a UI to this extent

Someone on the priest discord was nice enough to share his aura specifically for Vampiric Touch which includes UD's cooldown. Do you plan on updating your VT aura for UD eventually?

It's in there. type /shadowuf, then in the General tab there is a check box next to advanced. Once you click that, it should open up the layout manager

I tried using the plater add on and it is bugging out.. not showing enemy plates most the time and if it does it shows them saying training dummy and wont show dots. Any ideas

I figured it out. I downloaded everything you recommended on the video all at once. I was able to find out it was shadowed unit frames. I minimized their portions of character and target plates and placed the regular on top of them. Sorry and thanks!

Totally fine, we actually suggested something of the sorts. Without these nerfs mind blast/voidbolt didnt do enough relative dmg and were hardly worth casting. video soon

Have you played with ElvUI? It does the job of most of your UI altering addons and makes it pretty easy to customize and swap stuff on the fly.

You can either select never in the load tab for those auras, or only load outside of BGs

For Shadowed UF go to General then click the checkbox next to "Advanced". Then go to the new tab called "Layout manager"

Is there a way to change the overall size of the weak aura you made for casting and cd so not so big?
Check out the group scaler in the "group" tab when selecting the aura.

There is a trigger in the latest update that checks for "action usable", just add a condition for when that trigger is active to play a sound
