Thank you for demonstrating the packing step. My original code is printed on the original packaging (not a sticker as in your case) and I was not sure if to cover it or not (this is not a box, it is sth like a more soft wrapping).

Hello! @beautyqueen203, you can use the same box or not, but the label definitely not the same, as I showed in the video you have to print the return label. And then you will choose if they pick it up or you take it to the post office.

What if I received my item in the soft big envelope? Can I use teh same one for returning?
@SuperKozelik I dont think so, since you will have to rewrite the address... but if you can make sure to tape the right address and everything I guess you could reuse it

On the amazon page, they say that I have to return the product by a specific day. For example, they say (Return by 17 Sep, 2022), but I don't know if can I return the product sooner. Thanks for the video

Hi @menmavfxx you mean the Amazon box 📦 or the product box? If you mean the amazon box as long as has the right tags that you get on your email thats enough
So if u don't have a printer you have ups print labels?
So your complrtley screwed if you dont have a printer which most people dont neither does anyone i know ?
