Ppl also have to realize that despite a breeders best intentions, sometimes things happen beyond their control or intent. I once imported a pup from Serbia (I’ve used this breeder b4) invested a years worth of training just to realize she had a grade 1, borderline grade 2 luxating patella. The breeder has her brother from the same litter who doesn’t have this issue. Sometimes it just happens. I still was able to use her to train new pups but there are times I feel bad. She was supposed to be a yard dog. Yard dogs are genetically just built different. You can take the dog out the yard but you can’t take the yard out the dog. I make it work though
