Aussie police are purely trained to raise revenue for the government. They don't care about the people or anything else except for raising funds. The worse

Your previous video made me go to Australia, unfortunately it didn’t work out and I’ve been back in the UK kicking myself and regretting going. But I am glad I went, because that what if would have haunted me for the rest of my life. EDIT: To clarify to anyone thinking of going to Australia as a backpacker, I would do a lot of research as it is not the haven it once was. I’ve met people who were in Australia during the pandemic and there was a huge demand for workers. These people made this lifestyle look irresistible, and after covid tonnes of backpackers flocked to aus and the result is hundreds of thousands of backpackers competing for the same jobs, same apartments and the same lifestyle. And unfortunately the jobs and apartment supply hasn’t grown since the pandemic, the demand far outweighs the supply at present. Hopefully this will change but social media keeps on pushing Australia as paradise, unfortunately this wasn’t the case for me.
Same for me! Moved from Ireland to Oz which is a super common thing for us Irish to do and ended up moving back after 6 months. Although thankfully it wasn't from a lack of jobs it was just because the country didn't appeal to me. Feels like I'm the only person in the world who didn't fall in love with the country.
I wouldn't want to live anywhere else but I grew up here 200 metres from the beach and have done all my life. We've had it pretty good in Australia for a long time but now things are pretty tough. Cost of living and a massive housing shortage has people massively stressed and people are really struggling. It's not the super happy go lucky country we once were.
I moved back in September to Brisbane! It’s a fun a place and super sunny however be warned it takes a bit to get acclimated to a new country. Even me coming from California, it was still tough to get used to everything but now that I pushed through the tough months it’s been great and I don’t want to leave! So if you’re struggling, keep at it until you possibly cannot anymore but don’t give up about leaving just yet!!

The sun burn thing is very true, you almost feel shamed when you get sunburnt. In the early 2000’s there was a lot of advertisements and campaigns about skin cancer because the generation before (my parents) got wrecked by the sun and are littered with melanoma and skin cancers so there was a bit cultural shift around it. No hat no play was also definitely a thing when I was in school. Anyway, all ironic now because I now live in London and am more tanned than when I grew up in Aus!
The Luxury Car Tax threshold on EVs is a bit higher and they are also way cheaper in Australia than the UK. A BYD Seal AWD performance variant, which is an excellent "luxury" car, retails for about 35K pounds which is well below the LCT threshold.
One of the main reasons the luxury car tax exists is because foreign brands were competing with the local manufacturers, Holden and Ford. This was to turn people off from buying foreign so they bought the local performance vehicles instead. However, neither of those two car manufacturers actually build cars in Australia anymore since discontinuing the Commodore and Falcon. Now the tax solely exists to make you pay someone's salary.

I am in really good shape but I’m 5’8 with muscles but skinny. Like 9:1/2 stone. How do I gain more weight whilst also not breaking the bank.
