Well, can you show me how to modify a Contact list after created ? i can't find it anywhere
In the new version of Outlook for Mac, to modify a contact list:
Open Outlook and switch to the People view.
Locate the Contact List you want to edit.
Click on the List to open it.
Edit Members:
To add contacts, use the search bar to find and add them.
To remove, click on the contact and select "Remove from List."
Save Changes when you’re done.
So I reverted back to the old, made my list and then reverted back to the new and now I have the option to make contact list in the newest version. Give it a try

My company just blocked the legacy Outlook so I have no way of using that option anymore. :(
You can submit feedback forms to MS for requested features. I've also found that a lot of the features are still available, you just have to spend some time learning the new layout :/
