I love the videos on your drives....this one made me smile big...lol... Down in Linwood, Pa. Across from Sun Oil Co. Refinery (Grandfather worked in Research and Development for Sun Oil till he retired...and across from the tanks is LawnCroft Cemetery.... My Great Great Grandfather White started LawnCroft in 1897, and in business first burial on record was 1903, Grandfather was Director of LawnCroft that worked R&D at Sun Oil...my Father was head of grounds at LawnCroft, Mom and Dad were married in front of the Cemetery in the circle drive out front...and we lived there for several years in the Cemetery House up on the hill, 2nd floor was our living area and 3rd floor(we called our Attic)...very historical, that house back when it was plantation grounds, 3rd floor has space between outside wall and inner wall of one of the rooms, thin old narrow bench ran the length in there and used to hide the plantation workers that came north and when they searched the property looking for them they hid inside the house between the walls...that house was part of the Underground Railroad... And if you don't believe in Ghosts, Spirits, Poltergeist, etc... My bedroom was on the left front of 2nd floor. The 2 windows left my room and very much occupied by many many different entities of all kinds, lol... I visit the Cemetery when im able to get back East time to time... I miss it very much, and Thank You for that video, having a look at it currently is wonderful, I may be coming back that way soon, family still runs the Cemetery so getting work there might go well... Miss sledding down the front lawn in winter, just had to watch out for the sinkholes on way down....lol Thank you again for doing that video, I used to live on Green St. & McIlvain St. In Chester..2 doors from the old Puerto Rican Club in the late 80's...lol Worked for Chester Redevelopment Authority, Russell Pitts & Luther Roberts my good friends on the job...miss them dearly... Nuff said....lol My Hometown Chester, Pa...
That is fascinating about the Underground Railroad hidden area of the house. My Mom told me my great-grandmother's brothers and sisters died in the 1918 flu and are buried under the pillars at the entrance. What can you tell me about this?
