No, the Australia trip was NOT successful. Meghan referred to the Australian Royal tour as ‘pointless' and ‘crap'. She said ‘but I’m not being paid to do this’. She complained about their accommodation. She then threw hot tea at a member of staff, and when the Governor General's wife, Lady Cosgrove intervened, Meghan was outraged and asked “Do you know who I am?” and told her to F… off. She got the chefs to bake Banana bread at 4:00 in the morning - several loaves before she was happy, and then presented it as her own cooking. When she saw the the United Nations Women at a market, she “turned and hissed" at a member of her entourage, clearly incandescent with rage and demanded to leave immediately. Her staff member was left in tears. The walk and greet was supposed to be for 15 minutes but Meghan ended it abruptly after only 6 minutes. Allegedly, The Queen had to send someone over, afterwards, to smooth things over. The Australian Tour was definitely NOT a success.

It didn't bother the queen because she was dead by this stage. The level of contempt in that one gesture tells you everything you need to know about that person. There is no excuse to treat people with disrespect and in an undignified manner. My mom brought me up to be respectful towards all people and to help e.g. i interpreted and advocated for my mom and her friends. I still serve people and children - to me this is my honor and privilege. I also respect the U.K. because i have been able to achieve an education and to live free and independently.
