Cetbang cannons are amazing brother, the best comparison for them is actually abus, they even get gunpowder trooper upgrades. No negative multipliers, fast, 3 RoF, cheap, 2 pop

Cetbangs are more like Guard leather cannons then flaming arrows. They also have less pop and mostly cost coin so you can spam them pretty hard with the banks and factory set to wood The spearman also only cost food, so maybe you can do something similar to the swede guard pikeman spam
Eh Cetbangs cost 100 less then flaming arrows and cost 2 pop rather then 4 (which doesn't matter in revolts usually) but they've got less area of effect, less damage and less HP. Though they fire twice as fast forgot that. But... yeah, still think field guns are a better investment due to being better against other things. Cetbang's only get bonuses vs. infantry. Still you get them for free, on revolting, not awful. The Javanese spearmen on the other hand are very very good since they got buffed.
Game was won when the Papal Bombards were lost but Indonesia is really underrated right now. Used to be the worst revolt, but now Haiti firmly has that dubious honour since Buccaneers got nerfed hard. Was always a niche strat that maybe Risotto could work with an age 1 but now? No chance. Pickets could be used but Canada Muskets as a revolt is just straight up better in every way. Indonesia I think it's around low B tier, high C tier now. It's the option you want when you are ahead and want to close the game out fast like Risotto did here, which is nice for civs like Dutch and Ports. The siege on Javanese spearmen is ridiculous per cost and they aren't bad at stabbing things either. 13 attack doesn't sound like much, but it comes with snare and a 1.5 fire rate, and it can be upgraded. The Cetbangs aren't great, 100 less then flaming arrows but less area of effect, less damage and less HP and they can't be upgraded to age 4 equivalents. They fire twice as fast sure but I'd rather field guns for Dutch going Indonesia and Organ guns for Port if you've got those resources to spend. Javanese Spearmen are very strong since they got buffed. They aren't age 2 pikeman anymore and they get a card which boosts them even further. They cost 80 food too. Really insane unit. For their cost, they absolutely shred buildings faster then almost anything and 13 hand attack is not bad at all for a pike unit.
I think Indonesia revolt is good, because it synergises with the exact same stuff as the Brazil revolt. Thus, you can make the same deck 🃏🎴🎴🎴🎴 for both of them. Then only choose Indonesia when it is good e.g. when against a lot of cav, forward buildings, or ships (Cetbang Cannons are better versus ships than Flaming Arrows). Also, Brazil/Indonesia are much better late game than generic revolts (Brazil gets the Capitol and Indonesia gets escalating numbers of elephants 🐘 with Sumatran Elephants). Which means you can use less card slots for Industrial and have more card slots for the other Ages. If you plan on only going Indonesia from the start, it is pretty bad though. Though having the option of going for either Brazil or Indonesia makes the strategy a lot better.
