      Its possible but not probable. Use butter instead.

    J'ai adopté l'alimentation selon Hildegarde depuis dix mois. Résultats : moins dix kilos sur la balance, cellulite disparue, peau éclaircie, ongles renforcés et plus lisses, meilleure stabilité émotionnelle, plus aucune fringale. Je sens que mon organisme "se nettoie" en profondeur et ça... c'est inestimable. De plus, ce qui ne gâte rien, je me régale à tous les repas ! Je n'imagine même pas revenir à une alimentation 'normale'. Si vous hésitez encore, je vous encourage à franchir le pas.

    how about sprouted spelt? i hear wheat grass has tremendous benefits, so i assume spelt grass should be even better :)
