    Arak Saggi is a traditional Persian alcoholic beverage made from distilled grapes or dates.
    Shishlik
    Ingredients:
    * 1 kg (2.2 lbs) rack of lamb
    * 2 large onions, sliced
    * 1/4 cup olive oil
    * 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
    * 1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
    Suggestions:
    - Add salt before grilling.
    - Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
    - Remove the marinated lamb ribs from the refrigerator about 30 minutes before grilling to bring them to room temperature.
    Chicken Wings
    Ingredients :
    * 1 kg (2.2 lbs) chicken wings
    * 1 large onion
    * Saffron water
    * 2 tablespoons olive oil
    * Salt, to taste
    * Black pepper, to taste
    Suggestion:
    - Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the wings marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, preferably longer (up to overnight).
    Saffron
    * Use a small pinch of saffron threads (about 10-15 threads) for most recipes.
    * Grind the threads into a fine powder to release more flavor and color.
    * Transfer the ground saffron to a small bowl or cup
    * Add 2 tablespoons of hot (but not boiling) water to the saffron.
    * Let it soak for at least 10-15 minutes. This helps to release the full flavor and color of the saffron.
