I'm still team wet, butttt these dry rub ribs using Traeger's Coffee Rub and Kendrick's Pecanerry had me at first bite!

Sauces Used:
Gourmet Warehouse Cherry Jalapeño
Mop Sauce:
3tbsp brown sugar
4tbsp Cherry Jalapeño
16oz Dark Beer like Guinness
12oz Apple Cider Vinegar
Mix and simmer to almost bubbling
