Absolutely LOVE this song and the cd it comes from. It is Eric’s absolute BEST. I loved him as a teenage rocker but I love him even more as a mature ballad singer. Either way I truly love Eric Carmen.
🥀💔 Just heard the sad news today. I was groovin to “If You Change your Mind” (my favorite ) & the Rasberries concert at The House of Blues on YT all this month. Huge loss to the music world, and each of us who’ve been fans for Decades. Condolences to Eric’s family & friends. Eric made such beautiful ballads, yet also powerful rock guitar symphonies all at once. The Raspberries, and Eric’s songs always gave me the chills over the decades since I heard them first come out on the radio. Voices and music of that rare kind of band that lift my spirits no matter what life throws my way. But gotta admit this is the worst part of a being in a rock/melody love affair, when a Muse is called back to Heaven. My heart is broken and I can only be so thankful to have lived & listened to the best bands and singers during the best rock and roll era. Eric and The Raspberries will always be pure gold…you bet I’m listening tonight and for as long as I live. Rock on, Eric.🎸🪽

Where is the video for this song. I absolutely love this album but I love to watch him in action. I play this album every day just about. I just can’t get enough of Eric and his music. I wish I could see him in person but I don’t know if that will ever happen. Love you, Eric.
I remember the nights at Beachwood Studios recording this album. It was so much fun recording it in the studio and taking the disk out into the car and playing it through the car stereo At three in the morning
Since 1974…1986….1990’s 2024…. The BEST … now he Has left us , God bless his soul , we all will too one day but this beautiful music will live on forever 🙏🏻♾️🎸🎶🌟
