Regarding ball bits and rounding - wouldn't they be worse than an end mill because they taper the opposite direction from the curve you're trying to cut? If you used a ball nose bit to round, I imagine it would have to take more passes for overlap or else you'd have high sides on each pass. An exaggerated version of this would be using a V-bit for rounding.
Pricing can be a challenge - you've invested $10k+ in machine, bits and software, so you need to charge something for the wear and tear on the equipment in addition to your labour, or else you won't have anything left when the machine needs maintenance.

Drilling no problem, oblong slots/holes no problem. Undercuts is where you have an issue. I'd have to see exactly what cut you are referring too to better say yes it can or no it can't.

In Aspire, you would click the "Model" menu option at the top. Then select the export as .STL option.
