I don't understand the significance of neurolens for BVD patients whose misalignments are too high for prism manufacture, and/or BVD that fluctuates based on normal factors like energy level or time of day. We need to engineer mechanical dynamic prisming visors or at the very least glasses designed to work with snap on prism alternator over-lenses to suit a BVD sufferer's needs at any moment.
