I used a phong material with a fractal set as the bump map. I set the Amplitude to 0.573, Threshold and Ratio to 0.000, animation radio button checked, and I created an expression for the Time attribute. For the animation I used this expression: fractal1.time = (time-7)/6. Experiment with the expression until you get one that you think looks best. Then just texture it to your liking.
the kawosh is not really that good i like the gate texture but you should realy improve the kawosh... Kawoosh: - 1 Star Gate Texture: + 2 Stars DHD Texture and Model: + 1 Star Closing Effect of Event Horizon: + 1 Star. That gives it 3/5. Still you did a very good job. :)
