Great demo; Thanks for showing the chart with the highlight and for not covering the sounds of the pickup with a lot of either digital glaze, analog frosting, or distortion so massive that it wouldn't matter which pickup combo you were using!

I am waiting for a Prestige Made in Japan Version. I tried both the Q52 and Q54 and was convinced. This Q serie is great sounding for the price, I just would have liked more color options. The Q52 is HH, with regular (non fanned ) frets, but does not come in BLACK !

Yep, great guitar, but it does need a tremolo bar. Ibanez could have ones with and without tremolo bars. That would be ideal.

what is the difference between the bridge position with the alter on and the alter off?

Thanks for the question, in the bridge position the Alter Switch doesn't do anything. Thus, you have 2x5-1=9 different settings, that's where the name dyna-MIX9 comes from.
