I understand Jay's concern but when the Judge asked him that he was only saying can we trust you to keep an eye on him. The Judge knows that Jay can only do so much, and if it went left, the court couldn't have done anything to Jay. Its similar to a recognizance bond.

I understand Jay's concern but when the Judge asked him that he was only saying can we trust you to keep an eye on him. The Judge knows that Jay can only do so much, and if it went left, the court couldn't have done anything to Jay. Its similar to a recognizance bond.
