A " tough negotiator, knows exactly what he wants, doesn't compromise, always prepared, sets a high bar, expects excellence and delivers it, and doesn't suffer fools". He's also known to be fair, unfailingly kind when warranted, thoughtful and always a gentleman. He's had the same team for years, that says it all for me. Venue operators and managers have ultimate respect for his organization and several have told some hilarious stories about their dealings with his infamous stickler for detail. His mom calls it "stubborn" ha !
