아직은 음식을 조심해야 하지만 앞으로도
부드러운 것만 골라서 먹을 계획입니다~
그나저나 쪼~~끔 걱정되는 부분이 캐나다로
돌아가면 이 멋진(?) 치아를 어떻게 관리해야
할까 입니다~~ㅠㅠ
고민이 필요한 부분이지만 해결 방법이 있으리라
생각됩니다.

치아관리는 너무 무리하게 사용하지 않는 것과 깨끗이 청소 잘하는 것 이 두가지가 핵심이랍니다.ㅎ

문제네요~~ㅠㅠ 치아를 청소(?)하는 것이 인간이
혼자 감당하기에는 무리가 좀 있지 않나요?
정기적으로 치과에 가서 청소를 하는 것이 가장
좋은 방법 같은데 토론토에서는 믿을 수 있는
치과가 없답니다~~ㅠㅠ
여러 치과 많이 다녀 봤지만 한국처럼 친절하지도
않고 치료 기술도 많이 부족한거 같아요~
(제 개인적인 생각이지만요)
아무튼 무리하지 않고 청소를 잘 해 볼께요~😄
@@tocanb 청소 하시는 방법 잘 알려 드릴게요. 그렇게 많이 어렵지 않습니다. 치과에 가지 않아도 깨끗하게 유지 하실 수 있게 만들어 드립니다.
