CARLO WACLH I don't know how the US can ever present itself as 'an honest broker'. If the US hadn't vetod every attempt by the UN then we'd have got somewhere. However if the US had EVER tried to make Israel stick to any agreements (or at least stopped the settlement building that has killed the 2 state solution then there would already been peace.
Sadly settlers are more militant and religiously extreme than ever yet the US still prevent any improvements to the palestinians situation.
