how you get the bottom fps counter ??

Gta 5 game engine on pc start stuttering at fps above 150 so try keeping it below that number because basically the games engine limit is 150-180

my rtx 3070 can only run 83 fps and gtx 1080 gets 187 fps......

fps is jumping all over the place limit the fps on a value that your card can consistently push limit using rivatuner
