I have been dealing with an unknown, can’t find, can’t figure out shoulder injury for many months. It has to yay thrown me off track. I finally just decided to try to get back to working out. Granted I cannot do a lot of weight when working with weights and too much arm swinging if I run or walk too fast gives it a twinge-working out has my shoulder feeling SO much better! Even the chiropractor and doctor cannot believe it. If I take off for more than 1 day my shoulder gets sore. So working out is helping and healing-so I am back on track. Being on track is so important!

She's back!! Angie I've lost 45 lbs since December 2020. I'm finally back to my freshman yr highschool weight (I'm only 23 don't freak 😂) but I'm feeling great! Now onto building muscle and feeling GOOD! Can we see simple healthy meals? I'm a meat, veg., and carbs girl! And I'm trying to get my boyfriend into healthier meals! Not too many spices, ingredients, etc.

Thanks Angie, great video as usual. I have started listening to a positive podcast right before my workouts while I'm drinking my energize. Starting my day off on a positive note makes the day seem a little better. I have also be keeping up with a daily journal, thank you again for all the great ideas. "Watch motivation videos" - I watch yours! I stumbled across you about a month ago and I have really gotten my life together. You have really motivated me. It was really tough to find a routine and motivation since covid and working from home but I am happier than I have every been these last couple weeks now that I'm successfully moving, motivated and meeting the goals I set every week.

I've recently made som big life changes: quitting alcohol is the biggest. I've been banking my heart against s wall for the past two years not seeing result. This week I did two big things: made a decision to become sober full time and seek help for my mental and physical al health. After visiting the doctor today I noe have a referral to go get a adult ADHD assessment 🥰🥰🥰🥰
Actually I was searching for some motivational vedios to get my things on track . And I happened to see this vedio which actually contributed a lot into my plans to get things done. TY ❤️.

I was happy to watch this video. I was kicking massive A running tons of miles a week and was slated to start adding in barre etc. Then I got Covid.... and many subsequent infections. Now I feel like I’m starting over and it’s hard.
