    I worked out for the first time in YEARS yesterday because of your Daily Grind series (I’m on day 7) and this could NOT have been a more perfect video for me this morning. Thank you sweet Angie! I’m so glad I found you a month ago. I’ve been binging your vids since then.     I have been dealing with an unknown, can’t find, can’t figure out shoulder injury for many months. It has to yay thrown me off track. I finally just decided to try to get back to working out. Granted I cannot do a lot of weight when working with weights and too much arm swinging if I run or walk too fast gives it a twinge-working out has my shoulder feeling SO much better! Even the chiropractor and doctor cannot believe it. If I take off for more than 1 day my shoulder gets sore. So working out is helping and healing-so I am back on track. Being on track is so important!

    Thank you for the recommendation of the scale. I have been discouraged lately about stepping on my basic scale and seeing just the number and not knowing what I need help with and what can I improve. Your discount is awesome!

    She's back!! Angie I've lost 45 lbs since December 2020. I'm finally back to my freshman yr highschool weight (I'm only 23 don't freak 😂) but I'm feeling great! Now onto building muscle and feeling GOOD! Can we see simple healthy meals? I'm a meat, veg., and carbs girl! And I'm trying to get my boyfriend into healthier meals! Not too many spices, ingredients, etc.

    Omg I can't you have to stop!!! I swear you and I are truly so much alike!! I wish I could send you a pic!! For Christmas my daughter and son in law got me the whole Cinderella barefoot dreams collection YEP I KNOW AMAZING KIDS!! But for real the Cinderella blanket girl I CANNOT sleep without it I feel like my 8 month old grandson with his toy story barefoot dreams blankie💗💗. All of their stuff is soooo heavenly!!     Absolutely needed this today! Honestly I sometimes just lack the motivation to do anything but I think it’s because I feel overwhelmed with what I need to do. Love love LOVE this!! Would you consider setting up a podcast? I’d love to listen to these whilst working out, on the go etc ❤️❤️❤️

    Thanks Angie, great video as usual. I have started listening to a positive podcast right before my workouts while I'm drinking my energize. Starting my day off on a positive note makes the day seem a little better. I have also be keeping up with a daily journal, thank you again for all the great ideas. That FitTrack looks very interesting and may just have to check that out.

    Just seeing that beautiful location by the water is motivating. Off track because of injury but doing all my PT! Missing my regular workouts. Working on my mindset always gets me back on track so I try to journal and read a motivational book most mornings.

    "Watch motivation videos" - I watch yours! I stumbled across you about a month ago and I have really gotten my life together. You have really motivated me. It was really tough to find a routine and motivation since covid and working from home but I am happier than I have every been these last couple weeks now that I'm successfully moving, motivated and meeting the goals I set every week.

    I've recently made som big life changes: quitting alcohol is the biggest. I've been banking my heart against s wall for the past two years not seeing result. This week I did two big things: made a decision to become sober full time and seek help for my mental and physical al health. After visiting the doctor today I noe have a referral to go get a adult ADHD assessment 🥰🥰🥰🥰

    I was happy to watch this video. I was kicking massive A running tons of miles a week and was slated to start adding in barre etc. Then I got Covid.... and many subsequent infections. Now I feel like I’m starting over and it’s hard.

    I am soo intrigued with the scale, I have always wondered how accurate it is, like can it really tell my hydration and protein just by looking at my feet, or is an educated guess based on weight and stats I enter..?
