Hope you are doing better soon sweetie, its no fun being sick on Christmas. Last year was the worst Christmas i have ever had, i was sick from Dec 2nd til Jan 2nd, it was the worst!!

I hope you feel better soon dear! Have you tried an elimination diet? Its a great way to narrow down possible GI irritants and allergies. I would also look into the carnivore diet. It completely transformed the inflammation markers in my body by 80%.
I was just going to suggest the carnivore diet! I've been on it for a year and the inflammation I had is gone. My life has been transformed. Please look into it Kandy, do some research, I hope you feel better ❤
