The earlier Phase 4 stuff was popular coming off the end of the Infinity Saga. I fell victim to that and watched WandaVision which in all honesty wasn't that bad until Monica told Wanda "They will never know what you sacrificed.." and I was like wait she took a whole town hostage and created a fake Vision and some fake kids so that left a bad taste in my mouth.

The problem with a show like Wandavision that thrives building off each episode leading up to a big reveal, it's that you have to make sure that payoff is worth the build up and the wait for the audience. It wasn't, so people don't remember the Wandavision show fondly. Or at least, that's how it was for me.

I get what you're saying, but it doesn't sound like you actually know these characters from the Marvl Universe, so if you're not interested, then don't watch it. It's Agatha's Coven, it consists of a group of Witches, which are all female. Billy is Wican from the comics. He's gay, and was created that way originally. The MCU didn't change any of these characters.
But the comics failed. Disney seems to be pushing for shows and movies based on failed comic book runs. No one buys these comics because its a coven of witches with a gay loser. The last I checked, Wanda left Agatha trapped in the role of the nosy neighbor, while stripping Agatha of her powers. How is Agatha able to free herself enough to become self aware again of who she is? Granted, I doubt seriously the writers of this new show even saw Wandavision, but still. But overall, this trailer doesn't impress me. Even if the MCU was firing on all cylinders since day one of phase 4, this still looks like a generic trailer for some BS magic show about witches. Seriously, if you remove that one scene where it shows Agatha as the black and white neighbor girl, for a brief second at the opening of the trailer, then you'd probably never even know this show was even related to the MCU. What I love about this is that the trailer itself is trying to convince us this is a horror themed show around witches, but I doubt seriously Feige and Iger are going to have it go that far. If Dr. Strange 2 is anything to go by, the MCU is too scared to do legit horror, so this trailer is misleading if my hunches are correct. I may check out this show out of morbid curiosity, but we'll see. I said the same thing about the "Falcon and the Winter Soldier", "What if", "Moon Knight", "Ms. Marvel", "Hawkeye" and "Secret Invasion", yet I still have yet to even watch a single episode of even one of those shows apart from "Ms. Marvel." But even in the case of "Ms. Marvel", I couldn't even get passed the pilot episode, and I never went back to finishing it since. Therefore, I wouldn't hold your breath on me checking out "Agatha All Along" anytime soon after it comes out.
