  • well its another try at filming Win hill, my last one bombed 2 yrs ago so here i am again but doing a different route, and im on my own as Jayne has to work this week, poor girl lol.
so where did i start we it was Heatherdene car park and at £6 for the day ill take it then along the park to to Ladybower then past the two sink holes and turn right a nice long walk at the side of the reservoir then a little steep walk up to Hope cross for some reason i like calling this the edale cross as you'll notice but it is Hope cross i do promise so from there up to Win hill then back down to the car
well that sounded easy didn't it, the walks up in the woods well they were tough at times but wonderful colors with the sun shining through the trees and then there the moss on the walls and tree trunks, majestic i think is the word, win hill as usual was busy but the scenery never lets you down no matter what the weather is like, and with there being no Jayne it was quiet i must say but i must be going soft as it was too quiet i did actually miss her winging and whining,
well its me and only me so i hope you all like it sit back relax and enjoy

A very beautiful area for sure...lots of opportunities for adventuring! Love all the moss on the stones...wonderful! And then the views...spectacular! What a great day to be out and about! Bruce and Otis

Hi Bruce and Otis, for sure, there are a lot of opportunities for adventures around this area, and depending on your fitness, some cracking walks both long and short, all with some amazing views. And of course you meet some great people with the same love of the great outdoors

Thank you. I really think I chose the right walk for the right weather, and of course, I love being out in the peaks. It's my head clearing place

Hi Mike, I think it was about the same time as you, and as we all know, it's an emence area, but you never know. We may just have crossed paths. Enjoy your walks

That's a lovely route. The first time I hiked it, I came up Parkin Clough. The second time, I looped to the right, but not as far as you did. It is a beautiful hill. Luckily my first time I had the Trig to myself. The trouble is, now the weather is improving the fair weather hikers are out and about. Where were they in Gale Force Winds, driving rain or snow. Irregardless, I really enjoyed this one. On YT, I don't think you are putting tags in. Your vlogs are much better than mine, and I put all the relevant tags in. I hope this helps because you really deserve the views. Thanks for sharing.

Fabulous video, I was meant to be doing this walk tomorrow but the weather isn't meant to be great so it will have to wait for another day, I'm really looking forward to it after seeing this 👍
